Adds a 'Mods' menu with various tools to help troubleshoot mod-related problems (such as showing mod version, comparing mods between client and host). Allows the user to send error reports to the ModSupport server to help fix mod errors.

Adds the ability to bind off-hand items (shield, dagger, pistol, lexicon, etc) to quickslots with one-handed weapons such as maces, swords and axes so they get equipped together. Just assign an off-hand item to a quickslot with an 1h weapon to bind them.

Adds 2 customizable keybinds: one for a mainhand and one for an off-hand weapon specific attack skill. Each keybind uses a skill depending on the currently equipped weapon. Hold Fire/Reload to reload pistol (to prevent accidental reload mid-fight).
