Vampiric Set - Weapon Balance Patch Module
This is one of the modules from Weapon Balance Patch mod, made as a separate file for your convenience

Table of contents:
- Vampiric weapons in the base game are GRIND, FORGOTTEN BY GODS. And there's no reason for them to be that painful to acquire.
- I know some people do like pain, but for my preference even halving the amount of damage was too much. At the same time I wanted them to still keep small amount of suffering, so I decided to stick with 4 times the speed.
- But then I remembered that it's starter Iron weapons you're running with and decided that killing 2 Manticore or 3 Ash Giants amount of HP is plenty enough damage to do.
- At the same time I've heard a lot of complaints about slowness of Vampiric set coupled with how small the health leech is.
- I changed it's attack speed tp 1.0 and lowered health leech on most weapons slightly, except for maces, bow and dagger, from 10% to 7%
