I made this mod from pure passion for telekinetics. You can finally feel like Captain America or a Force User with this Shield mod. You can now use your shields as if they were chakrams "considering you have the right skills". This does not take away the use for chakrams. You can imbue the shield with Fire, Frost, and Wind Sigils w/ Psionic Sweep.
This will affect the philosopher tree completely. Cooldowns for the Chakram Abilities have been reduced. Imbues only last for 90 Seconds. "You can spam Psi Sweep to reset Timer" This does not affect Blood Sigil's. I simply do not own the DLC at this time. Yes, I am aware that "Gong Strike" exists.
