Classfixes Part 2


Whats is this mod?

This mod reworks the Skilltree of Rune Sage by change the skilltree layout and adding completely new and interesting skills and combos.

Was that even necessary?

We all enjoyed our playthoughts of Vanilla Outward but small things there, out of character thing elsewhere, lacking of option somewhere else, such things created a spark in me for what is possible for those skilltrees that could make them viable options for every combination or even make them stand on their own as main picks.

Did you change or edited the Skills?

I did edit the runes to have additional effects. So any mod that edit those skills may be possibly incompatible.

Will there be more reworked Skilltrees?

This is the Part 2 of the 3 Parts series of mods. You can find the rest that are uploaded in the Thunderstore when they get released.

Whats New:

Skills:

  • Runic Tattoo(All offensive runic combinations now apply different hexes.) (Obtained from Rune Sage) (it also works for vanilla runic offensive combinations and for Blood Witch runic offensive combinations of Classfixes Part 3)

  • Ancient System(Gain access to more advanced runic combos.) (Obtained from Rune Sage) (It adds different new runic combinations from the vanilla added by Arcane Syntax, so you pick one or the other.)


Ancient System Runic Combos:

  • 1 Runic Protection + Egoth + Dez = Runic Projectiles(Shoot an line of Ice projectiles, Runic Prefix adds a line of Fire Projectiles too. With Runic Tattoo it inflicts Scorch and Chill.)

  • 2 Runic Blade + Fal + Egoth = Alive Runic Blade(Summon an living Runic Blade to fight for you, with Runic Prefix you summon a living Great Runic Blade instead.)

  • 3 Runic Lantern + Dez + Fal = Runic Current(Spawn 2 rotating Electric orbs around you that explode in contact with any enemy, Runic Prefix spawn 4 orbs instead. With Runic Tattoo it inflicts Doom.)

  • 4 Runic Trap + Dez + Shim = Runic Cloud(Force the runic trap to explode creating a toxic cloud that deals Decay Damage and inflicts slowdown and crippled, Runic Prefix adds Hampered and Extreme poison too. With Runic Tattoo it inflicts Haunted and Confusion.)
